Quicken Loans® Is Now On Apple Business Chat

We live in a fast-paced world and we don’t always have time to talk. Quicken Loans knows you’re busy and wants to provide you a way to interact with us and get help with new or existing mortgage loans in a way that’s quick and easy.

Now you can connect with us using Apple Business Chat. This is a modern, convenient way to communicate with Quicken Loans from right within your Messages app on supported macOS and iOS devices including iMacs, MacBooks, iPads, iPhones and late-model iPod Touch devices.

This article will go over how Apple Business Chat works and where and when you can access it.

How To Use Apple Business Chat

The Apple Business Chat option will be available if you search Quicken Loans from your home screen on an iOS device or in Spotlight search on a supported macOS desktop or laptop computer. In order to use the feature, you must be running iOS 11.3 or later. On the computer, you need to be running macOS 10.14 or later.

On a supported device, you’ll be able to tap the message bubble next to Quicken Loans.

From there, our virtual assistant, Rockelle, will figure out what you want to do before getting you to the right person.

In addition to using the Apple search bar, you’ll also be able to access the option through links in emails or on our website. As an example, the Apple Business Chat link will be available on the Rocket Mortgage^® Talk To Us and Quicken Loans Contact Us page. You’ll also see it when searching in Safari or Apple Maps.

A Human Touch

It’s important to note that this isn’t meant to be one of those frustrating automated experiences. You’ll be connecting to a real person on the other end. For that reason, business chat is available during the following hours for new loans:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET
• Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET
• Sunday, 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. ET

If you have an existing loan, you can get in touch with us via Apple Business Chat during the following times:

• Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. ET
• Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. ET
