    Quicken Loans Says Thank You

    As a mortgage lender, we work with you during one of the biggest financial transactions of your life – buying and owning a home.

    But it’s not just about the financial transaction; we know homeownership can be emotional. This is the home where you’ll celebrate milestones and make memories. That’s huge! Getting to be a part of that means the world to us.

Power’s survey of primary mortgage originators each of the last seven years.

    As we work with you throughout your mortgage process, we love hearing your stories and we strive to provide you with the best experience possible. There are countless stories that really impact us, but we wanted to share two in particular with you, our Quicken Loans family.

    Dequinda Woods

    Dequinda, a mother of two, was nine months pregnant when she lost her home and all of her baby’s things to a house fire. Her husband was sent to the hospital with fire-related injuries. Shortly after, she gave birth to a baby boy.

    We can’t imagine what that kind of devastation feels like. But here at Quicken Loans, we’re family. So we decided to stop in to see Dequinda and her family with a little surprise.  Watch the video to see the whole story.

    John Williams

    John filed an insurance claim for damages resulting from a hailstorm. When he called our Insurance Loss team to see what his next steps were, we got to know him pretty well.

    John grew up in Michigan, but lives now in New Mexico. He was a police officer for almost 30 years and used to come back to Michigan fairly frequently to help his mother and stepfather.

    During the process of speaking with John, we learned that his stepfather was ill. John and wanted to do something special for him during this tough time. Take a look at his video to see more.
